This was emergency visit the staff was beyond compassionate and understanding, they were gentle and caring . Tooth extraction done same day and Dr Patel was so understanding of my fears and concerns. The office staff as well as techs treated me like I was family . Wonderful practice 10/10

My name is Sheila, I usually do not write reviews but I am on this one, my first time ever at Aspen dental. The dentist and his two young assistants are awesome but the some of the staff and the office manager not so much! The manager lied to me twice and then tried to charge me an extra 700 and something dollars when she had my file right in front of her at the front desk as if she were waiting on me to get there for my appt the day of my last visit! Mind you I paid everything in full upfront on my first visit,when I told her I have my receipt with me she replied to me oh yeah I remember before even looking over my stuff! Not only this but their was an elderly man that was checking in on my second appt there and the front desk lady told him she didn't have time to help him nor the staff when she just walked off and went to the back to talk to other coworkers and my daughter stepped up to help him fill it out he was very greatful for that! After my first visit I recommend to another person they should go there then now after my experience I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The only good experience I have had there is with the dentist himself and the two assistants.
