Do not go here! WORST CUSTOMER EVER!
My Suv was dropped off 6/20 with damage to the sunroof and electronics. It sat for 2 weeks through serval rain storms without someone checking on it. I had enough of the run around and when to the dealership to check on my suv. It sat 20 feet from the garage door with the sunroof protection busted from the weight of the water.
My suv was FULL of water, mold, bug and rust. I was in complete shock. Needless to say they took ZERO responsibility. My SUV is a total loss. If you value your vehicle do not go here!!!!

Very good service! Mark in Service was awesome and so helpful and responsive. Jack, the Sales Manager was also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Frankfort Ford. Super professional all round.

Horrible for the last time! I will definitely never bring another vehicle to this place. Poor customer service and ridiculously overpriced. Took my 2008 f150 in for a starter replacement. I was told my battery and starter were both bad battery is not bad. Cost of starter replace was 960 dollars.when I picked the truck up they had left dirty paper towels in my front seat and they left the cover to the fuse box laying in the floor of the truck. I will be taking all 5 of my vehicles elsewhere. Wish I could leave zero stars
