I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere before you shop at Frankfort Ford. I have never met a shadier group of people in all my time of car shopping. Beware of the inflated prices and gap policies and extended warranties shoved down your throat. I promise you from experience there are classier more professional dealerships in Kentucky.

About a month ago my fiance and I came in to look at a new vehicle. Right away Paul listened to what we needed and helped us get a beautiful new Ecosport. This wasn't my first time buying a vehicle, but it was my first time buying brand new. It was so exciting getting to drive it off the lot! The finance manager was incredibly patient with us in getting finances in order and answered all our questions, even multiple times to make sure we got exactly what we needed for financing!
