        Great location We booked a balcony room. We have to switch room the first time our balcony was facing the street. Which is not bad but the same time the balcony is next to the alleyway with big commercial dumpster from restaurants and hotel. So we can smell bad odor all the way up to our balcony. We went downstair and spoke to the front desk agent they were are nice about and switch our balcony room facing the garden

        This hotel was listed as airport but took a bit to get to. The rooms left a lot to be desired. The tub was stained dirty, the floors were sticky, there was only one towel, the drawer front was hanging off the dresser. I didn't call to say anything until check out because I just needed a place to rest my head.

        The lobby and the staff were very nice. The upkeep of the hotel was not on par with what you would expect from Hilton.

        My family stayed at this establishment when we arrived after a 8 hour drive they could not find our reservation that we made months in advance and said they had no availability. We showed them our reservation email, and showed them the reservation hold on our card and they still could not locate it. After an hour of discussion I went online and found availability and booked a room online. The cost for the same room was over $300 more from when we initially reserved. During our stay our HVAC was out for two days and it was extremely hot in our room. The front desk personnel agreed that my situation was not good but they had no control. I asked for a manager during our entire stay but he was never available. I received his card when we checked out and have been calling for over a month now with no call back. When I call they say he just stepped out, but he never calls me back. I have sent emails and multiple times with no response. I feel robbed as the hotel was very dated and poorly maintained, I was never refunded anything and they have failed to even have a simple conversation with me. Im appalled with this experience. I do not recommend staying here.
