This is a very nice place. It is quite and the people are friendly.

Lived there from 2007-2011. Noisiest place I had ever lived. Flooded from next door neighbor. Awful but options are limited in small town.

Very well built houses. Sturdy, sheet rocked walls, very well built with real wood cabinets. Great prices also. Bought mine from here
