        Dont stay here! Runnnnnnn! Office manager is rude and will make you feel like youre the problem. I cant believe I stayed here the time I did because now I realize the conditions these people had us living is unacceptable. Corporations apartment dont care. Air conditioning is disgusting. The smells that would come from the vents. Just disgusting. Find you a better home.

        Filthy, trash all around. Would not respond to a service call for a broken A/C in 96 degree weather. Would not recommend

        I have lived in Chestnut Creek Apartments since Feb and I'am loving my choice of picking this complex to live in. I have lived in 1st lake properties before and they have excellent service and very clean complexes. I highly recommend this complex!
