I have lived here for 10 years and there is a reason I have been here that long. The apartments are very spacious. I have been able to raise both my son's here who are now teenagers. The landscape is beautiful and it sits back in a secluded area at the end of the road...yet it is very close to anything you could need...gas stations ..restaurants...shopping and even Walmart.
The property manager Adrian and the office staff are the best we have had in all these years. Everytime I have an issue it is fixed immediately. They are super friendly and will go out of their way to do what they can for you.
The apartments even have fireplaces and 2 swimming pools that are very well kept.
Just recently I have received new floors, new carpets, new countertops, and even brand new appliances when the old ones broke.
Would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for more room that can't buy their own house!!!

I lived here for 8 months. I have two services dogs, and lived by myself. Upon moving in, the apartment had stains all over the walls and clearly outdated. The carpet smelled like cigarettes still even though they probably tried to clean it. I had roaches consistently throughout my stay and had to request exterminators 4x. This roach infestation would probably not be an issue if did they had less trees on the property that extend over the roofs. The roach issue is the biggest reason I left this complex. It was an uninhabitable condition. The apartment staff is friendly from the few encounters I had with them and the maintenance staff is, too. But when I moved out, they charged me over $1100 to re-carpet the entire apartment after I cleaned the carpets and spot treated all of it before I left if there were any left over stains. And this isnt the first time this apartment complex has done this to its tenants. This place is a business and clearly the property owners do not care about their residents at the end of the day, so dont expect to be respected if the unit has any signs of having been lived in. Theres a reason these properties dont have great reviews. Also a shooting/robbery happened on the property before I moved out in November 2023 and they still dont have the gate fixed. So, for anyone looking at these apartments, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. The price is not worth it.
