They dont deserve the one star I gave them. It should be ZERO. Their collection dept LIES about damage they claimed our pet made and holes in the wall . The pictures we requested from them as proof is clearly not our unit. The layout of the unit in their pictures isnt the layout of our unit and the carpet is a different color. We left the apartment immaculate when we moved out. We have pictures of every single room clearly show no damage to the walls and carpet. The pet urine stains they claim our pet made is impossible because our couches were never moved and our pet had no access to that area. Carmen even admitted during a phone call to us that the carpet in our unit was never replaced from the previous tenant. So now they want us to pay $1500 to replace the carpet we DID NOT damage.They are unbelievably dishonest and will LIE.

They are like SCAMMERS and so greed on taking our money. We stayed for just 1 year and left it so clean than how it was when we entered. But still they charged us $400 for WEIRD reason. They said they had to use some special paints to remove some Spicy odor. Charging a lot for just repainting cannot be accepted and it should be taken care by management every time new ppl enters.
Also, when I requested them to waive off the fees if possible in polite way, someone from billing support team were threatening me like we cant do anything about it, if you are not paying the bill, then we will it hand over that to third party agency to collect it from you and that May affect your credits. Really worst support team in terms of response.

Scam Alert: Think twice before entering these apartments. Personally had a very bad experience, they charged huge amounts before leaving despite taking a good care of the apartment. Countertops, carpets, AC Grills, Blinds, Hood vents, Cleaning, Extra Cleaning, Extra paint, for every damn thing you will be charged big amounts. I will never come back to these apartments.

Lived here for 2 years and loved it. Great apartment layouts and 3/4 very helpful staff. Mark is an awesome guy and handyman, very trustworthy and can fix almost any issue you have quickly. Adrienne has always been one of my favorite people there, super helpful and fun to talk to. I would ask to speak with her almost every time I called because shes quick, informative, and a great listener. Tonya is a great manager and all my experiences with her have been 10/10. And theres Aline Bryant, who I see most other people have already commented about. Shes sweet and means well, but can come off very rude and condescending at times. If youre reading this Aline, thanks for the help (at times) but please try to work on your listening skills and comments that you say. They dont always come across as you mean them.
Staff aside, I didnt deal with the deposit issues and charges that other people have experienced so I cant really speak on that. Tonya was very helpful and understanding during our final walkthrough, but as with any apartment you should fill out every detail on your pre move-in sheet to avoid probs with that.
Beautiful pool area and property in general. Id move here again, but not to the 3rd floor since theres no garbage chutes.
