Once again, the maintenance crew responded quickly to the requests I submitted. They not only responded but did a great job on the repairs and services. I have requested maintenance before on a couple of occasions and each time they were awesome. I truly appreciate the team here at Parkview Place.

I love being in this place. Nice buildings, clean and the space is amazing.

It's not worth the price and the lady in the leasing office is extremely rude, condescending, and hateful. She's the main reason we're moving asap. I pay too much to be talked down to by that witch. I wouldn't live here even if you paid me. Run away.

They are great at first, but then it seems like new things pop up every time you turn the corner. Make sure your kids dont break your blind, because that will cost you $25 if they replace it. Your rent goes up about $200 every year. Erica in the office is the worst and will tack on any charge she can. They decided to not renew our lease this year (she didnt give a reason, and stated she didnt have to) well we were supposed to be out March 18th. We moved out early because we couldnt afford to get a new place and pay rent there also. Figured it would make it easier on them. Well we got charged an early termination fee of $880 some dollars and then a fee of $1,407 for I dont know what. (Says insufficient notice fee) oh and she filed eviction papers, even tho we HAD TO GET OUT ANYWAY. Save yourself the money. Go rent somewhere else.
The maintenance men there are great! The only good place about these apartments are them. They actually are the only reason we stayed as long as we did.

I would not recommend any property that is under The Apartment Gallery umbrella. Parkview Place is by far the worst place I've ever lived. I was only there for a year. Just look at the exterior of the buildings. It looks and feels like an asylum. The women that work in the front office are some of the most obnoxious, discourteous individuals you'll ever meet. The reviews are true. The maintenance crew are excellent and that is their only saving grace. My daughter's KIA and a number of other vehicles have been broken into, and do you think they would be proactive and put in cameras? Only for the main office. Trust me, catalytic converters have been stolen and it's a pandemic that they don't address because they don't care about their tenants. They're located just yards away from the second worst set of projects in Hagerstown, Washington Gardens. Oh, and they will try everything to keep every cent of your deposit. You've been warned.
