Experience has been great. I look forward to renewing my lease for another year with you all. I love how the cleaning staff keep the grounds and buildings clean. I love how the office does not tolerate people standing outside of the buildings. It's really nice here and I feel very safe with my small child.

I stayed at this place from March 2020 all the way til July of 2022.. This was my first place and horrible experience.
I dont know where to start when I first got there I should of listen to my gut and I should of kept looking but the location and the customer service and the unit was all nice (In the beginning) after Ms. Deshawn left (such a wonderful person) everything went downhill! I never had an in counter with the Leasing Manager until I had tons of Roaches & other bugs living rent free in my unit!! Her attitude was distasteful from that point on. Its like she takes everything personal as if she lives with you! The amount of emotional distress I received from this place is almost hard to described . Imagine going through a tough pregnancy and the place where you lay your head at is constantly bringing you bad vibes yall. imagine every other week you are getting harassed by the leasing office Manager just because she personally dont like you. A person like that should not be in a leasing office she better off working at a Warehouse instead of dealing with people. You go above her head, ohhh boy she really gets in her feelings. Ive even done my due diligence and asked other residents about their experience with this place and majority was upset! Be aware of malicious human beings. Especially those where you have to lay your head at. This place is messing with ppl mentally and livelihood's .
My mental has been affected by this experience and I am a strong individual. I tried to leave in peace but enough is enough future residents need to know what is going on and please Be Aware of who you are dealing with in the leasing office please look up Tent Rights and ALWAYS EMAIL NEVER CALL! Keep Your Paper Trail! Keep a copy of ALL YOUR RECEIPTS Take Pictures please! Its best for you all to just own your own home/condo than to deal with ferocious leasing managers like that lady in there. Ive done my time there and I learned a lot of life lessons ! Also please please ask all the right questions and listen to your gut. As for me I rushed out that freaking place so fast I left things behind!! I couldnt deal with that stress anymore it was unnecessary. Stay safe & Blessed!!! Oh and ima pray for that lady too yall even though shes cruel towards my family.

Please do yourselves a favor and do not move to this disgusting property! Theres no point in renting out spacious apartments which is rare now a days when they are INFESTED in rats, bedbugs and roaches! Also If you dont want to get racially discriminated dont move here. The manager or whoever the woman named Evelyn is she is a racist woman. I dont know how this woman has been working at this establishment so long when she clearly has zero work ethic lacks customer service and also has some sort of mental illness. Theres no reason why you should be slamming doors in an office setting in front of tenants or yelling at the top of your lungs like a maniac. To the owners of this place is this who you want representing your property? I am appalled. On top of that you can not put out a complaint to her about any repairs and shell ignore them or dismiss you. Please save your money, living here has been a nightmare.

Terrible terrible terrible place to live. They do not answer emergency calls like they are supposed to they sell you that as an amenity and dont come out to service you like they are supposed to after hours if needed. The people in the office are always so rude and more worry about their phones and the office manager is always rude and uptight and when you threaten that you will leave a bad review she laughs in your face saying it wont do anything to her this is horrible. All the tenants living here are finally getting together to say something about this evil lady. My lease is thankfully up this year too so run far from this property go across the street to lasalle. Much better and nicer people.
