I had a great experience. I needed a mattress ready for pickup the day of moving here, and Edrees helped me pick out one out over the phone before the move. He asked a few questions and provided a couple of possible options, and told me to follow up if I decided on one from Mattress Connection, which I did. I never felt pressured to buy or to have to come in person before purchasing. When it came time to pick up the mattress in person, Edrees provided a few suggestions for sleeping habits to improve comfort, and he helped load my selected mattress onto my vehicle. Throughout the entire process, Edrees treated me as a customer and not a mere transaction. Oh, and the mattress has been perfect so far.

As other reviews have said, Edrees was super helpful and low pressure during our mattress buying process. I'd recommend this place to anyone. He was able to match the prices of the big chains, and meet our timelines for the delivery of a new mattress from the factory.

Spent all President's day shopping at multiple mattress stores, and was not expecting much at this store, we were exhausted and our minds were filled with jumbles of mattress data, but I was pleasantly surprised. Joe was knowledgeable, no pressure, and the prices were much lower than competing stores.  I am awaiting delivery, but so far so good.

This is the best place to go buy a Mattress or anything for your bedroom. I just walked in to see what they had and Idrees was so patient to clearly educate us on how to chose great/best mattress in order to get a good sleep. His interest was not in getting us spend the maximum $$$ but to get the best that fitted our need. He helped me get a pillow which has stopped a pain I have been feeling for 8 months on my shoulder. I have gone back and bought four more of the pillows for my wife, uncle, sister brother and will encourage everyone to just go talk with him and he will tell you what will be best for you to get a good night sleep.
