We purchased a mattress from Naturepedic yesterday. Ours saleswoman, Kilani, could not have been friendlier, or more knowledgeable. She answered every question we had and was a pleasure to work with. Much better experience than when we visited the Avocado and Saatva stores. I cant review the mattress yet, but I highly recommend the Naturepedic store, and Kilani.

Kilani was very helpful and kind, helping us order a new mattress. We have been back and forth trying new mattresses and she was helpful and patient navigating with us on the phone. We are excited to try our new mattress!! Thanks for the customer Service and kindness.

Awesome experience! Lovely atmosphere and process made very easy by Kilani. Selected our mattress and ordered it all within 30 minutes!

My husband and I visited the Pike & Rose Naturepedic store twice; once when we started looking for mattresses and again to finalize our mattress preference and make our purchase. We worked with Heather both times and she couldnt have possibly been more helpful. Not only did she help us try a variety of combinations both times, but she even remembered what we liked at our first visit when we went in the second time. Heather made the experience a joy (which I dont think Ive ever said about any major purchase) and put zero pressure on us to make any decisions. We are very excited to get our mattress and will happily recommend Naturepedic and Heather to any of our friends who are looking for a new mattress.

Exceptional experience shopping at the showroom with the store Manager Heather! Heather is knowledgeable and was eager to provide us with detailed information about their organic mattresses.
I purchased a Naturepedic mattress 7 years ago and the mattress is in great condition and very comfortable with good back support. I met Heather a few months ago to purchase my son's first big boy bed and she helped me choose the correct mattress for him. My husband and I returned a few days ago to explore their combination mattress as we have differing preferences of firmness. Heather graciously worked with us to help purchase the best EOS combination mattress for our needs. If I could give a 6 start rating I would!
