This is my second time staying at this property, and I really like staying here. The facilities are exactly what we need. The location is excellent. The rooms are clean & comfortable. Parking is convenient. Laundry facilities fantastic. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful.
We needed special accommodations bc my daughter was on crutches and needed a shower chair. When I spoke w Rachel at the front desk on the help chat, she was super helpful and reassuring. When I met her face to face, she remembered me & asked me if everything was as we needed! How wonderful! Shes so thoughtful and really made us feel cared for!

JASON!!!!!! He was so great!! My boyfriend had planned a surprise weekend for us with a decorative hotel room and everything. Jason made sure he was equip with everything he needed and even pretended to not know us when we walked in AND gave us a new card to completely fool me. He helped make the weekend a wonderful one just by doing these simple things, like temp checks, remembering our names/things we did throughout our weekend he was amazing and deserves recognition + promotion thank you Jason you were so funny keep doing what youre doing we would stay again not only because of the hotel but because of jason. See ya next year!!

My boyfriend and I are regulars here. We were temporarily living here for several months. As everyone knows Massachusetts is expensive, and we needed a roof over our heads. You can say by now we are professionals when it comes to leveling up with points, and being top teir or close to it" these wonderful people saved us many many times we have nothing but the upmost respect for all of them. My boyfriend even lost his wallet and Mr Joey informed us they found it. We are two adults trying to figure out life and the last thing we needed was for this to happen, and Joey re assured us it was safely in his lock box for us to pick up. We love the bartender guy, he always greets us and everyone feels like family. Jason is funny, dresses amazing and always polite. Kim is sweet and so is the other staff (not sure of the names) if we could afford it we would stay longer and that's the only reason why we dont. Lacking on money makes us look like bad people cause we can't pay but we try our best and we never meant to make it harder on them. Thank you guys for caring about us, not many does. I hope one day to stay here again!

Safety: Very safe area it's not in framingham which to my understanding is a good thing
Walkability: Excellent location
Food & drinks: Waters, soda
