The rooms and especially the hallways are starting to really show age and feel very sketchy. A remodel is very overdue.
Rooms: Outdated but clean and fairly comfortable. TVs are older and not very good.

The hotel looks good from the lobby, but once you take the elevator up to the rooms it is completely downhill from there. Visited from Alabama and left with 2 bites that resemble bed bug bites. The room was EXTREMELY outdated. I have stayed in Hampton Inns all over the world and have never experienced anything like this one. The sheets felt and sounded like sand paper. There were ants crawling around the bathroom. Breakfast was disgusting. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay and having to return home with 2 large bites on my shoulder blade that were not there before.

Quick, friendly check in- especially helpful with a large group arriving at the same time. They were so prepared. Attached restaurant is great for quick, no line food after a days events nearby. Definitely recommend and will stay again.
Food & drinks: Breakfast included. Attached pub/restaurant.

Checking in was so easy, I was greeted with a lovely smile from Hava. She was very polite and helpful. She made sure all my needs were met and answered all the questions I had very kindly. I also met Stephen at the reception who was also good. A big shout out to Hava keep up with the good job.
