They do not have complementary coffee in the morning you have to pay for it and wait in line sometimes

My 6 night snow storm stay here was pretty nice for the conditions I was in. The staff had great customer service and was always willing to make sure I had what I needed. The Bistro and bar was just alright. The food isnt anything to rave over and the drinks werent made the best. Also, I really didnt want to drink there anymore after seeing the bartender get ice with a glass cup. My room overall was okay as well except something things that needed cleaning. I found someones hair in my towels, mold on the walls, and marking in the tub. One thing I did like and appreciated was during the snow storm the parking lot stayed plowed and accessing my car was surprisingly easy!
