Avis Car Rental

There's only one person handling returns, calls and rentals. Including cleaning the cars. This has been my experience with multiple locations. So expect whoever you meet to be angry and treat you like trash. The cars are dirty because, it's just one person. Most importantly, the car can be unsafe. I rented a Nissan Sentra that obviously needed an alignment. The faster you went, the more it vibrated. The humming sound that's associated with cars needing alignment doesn't scream safe at all. Rent If you absolutely have to rent. Be aware that safety of the vehicle is not a priority for Avis/budget car rental.

GERARD! MY SAVIOR, I SCREWED UP A RENTAL RESERVATION WITH ANOUTHER COMPANY, AND REALIZED AT 515 WHEN EVERYONE ELSE CLOSED. GERARD WAS ABLE TO SAVE ME !!! ESPECIALLY WHEN I WALKED IN MID PANIC AND JUST TOLD HIM WHAT EVER YOU HAVE AT WHAT EVER THE COST I NEED TO GO SEE DYING GRANDMA AT THE END OF A BUSINESS TRIP. DUDE I CAN'T STRESS HOW MUCH YOU SAVED ME WITH YOUR POLITE NESS AND HAVING A CAR AVAILABLE WITH NO ADVANCED NOTICE OR REGISTRATION. YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad cars and Avis have a terrible Custumer service .. you offer cars that are lacking maintenance, mechanical problems, worn tires, inspection to be done, there is no control. Update now weeks after returning the car i receive new charges from avis including late return charge. is this a joke? Is it normal company practice to make indeficient charges or just lack of organization by employees?
