I was an unhappy customer due to them wanting my vehicle back (due to a deletion) then Ross came and made an unhappy customer happy. I was very close on switching to another rental company, but the manager Ross came and made an unhappy customer happy. Thanks Ross!

Amazing staff! Reid was so great, he helped me immensely when I made an error on my reservation. Scott was amazing upon returning the vehicle and is always so pleasant. The past few times I've rented Ross helped me and he was so great each time I have to mention him since I missed the last 2 surveys!

I can only express an opinion on my experience at the period of time I rented because employees change, but it was great. I rented for 3 weeks in March 24 at the Waltham Moody street location. I called during that time to extend the rental, update my license information, and request an early return. The customer service was top notch from beginning to end. Constant customer service can be tough as people can be a pain, but this group should teach a class honestly. Highly recommend renting here as long as this group remains. Ross, Reid and Destinee.

In an era where customer service is a rarity.. and in fact I am currently "reeling" from really bad experiences at a major retail store - the Enterprise location in Waltham is a an incredibly ray of sunshine. I had a great experience at both check in and out. I unfortunately don't recall the names of the two gents at either end, but both were very helpful and friendly.

I have used Enterprise for the past 5 years over the United States and have always had pleasant experiences. This location however, was by far the best location I have ever been to. The customer service exhibited by Ross during my rental pick-up was exceptional and truly made me feel cared for and valued. He truly went above and beyond to ensure my experience was great. If you are looking for a place to rent a vehicle that has competitive pricing and exceptional service please go to this location!
