        No need to call them. They never pick up the phone nor return any phone calls/emails. I waited for two weeks but nobody ever returned my call nor my email. Find another place to rent a car. They don't really appreciate new customers at all.

        Excellent experience start to finish! Cameron was exceptional with his customer service and communication. Drop off and pick up were hassle free. Cameron delivered the car to me. The car I got was very clean and he made sure I was happy with the whole Watertown Ford experience. I'd definitely rent from them again!

        Ive gone to Watertown Ford rentals twice now during my stay in the Newton area. Buddy has been a huge help both times. Their cars are nice and the price is definitely right. $48/day for a (new) Ford Focus. Quick, easy, lovely staff. Ive had an awesome experience here and would highly recommend.
