Great phlebotomists and staff (Jess, Ali, Steve, Cass, Brian,etc.). The compensation keeps getting less over time though. At least the plasma helps those who need it.

Poor customer service. Very rude MRI Tech at the Lake St location in Worcester.

They are closed when they said they are open. This is the second time this happened to me.
