I only need their ATM to work. Of the 4 times Ive been there its worked 1 time.

I closed a safty deposit box 7 years ago the said i didnt close it i had to pay 302 or they would drill and 450 out of my acount. I was trested rudely. Im not goung to us them any mote

I laid awaked pondering my first time visiting this bank in Canton, MI. Teller Christopher had completed my request of a deposit, a withdraw & returned my identification. However, he stated a 2nd approval was needed; thus, a person came over and asked if this was my first time into this bank, which I answered yes. She requested my license, again & reviewed my profile for a good 4 1/2 minutes as I stood there, wondering why? I am a double minority where I reside and she shared with me she lives in the same area. I begin to feel uncomfortable; whereas she know my finances & where I reside but I don't know where her home is in this secluded area. Christopher asked how I wanted the bills requested as she stood there (possibly their procedure) BUT, I won't go into that bank or any other bank, again. I don't want to feel that way again.
