Definitely will not return to this bank. Clerks are very rude and racist. This morning after dropping my son off to school, I decided to run in to cash my college refund check. The first young lady Sarah in the drive thru was very nice. Then I guess there was an issue with verification for the check. A blond hair lady with RED LIP STICK and GLASSES came to the window and said I must come in. So I go into the bank. So as I approached the desk there was NO eye contact NO hello. SHE WAS RUDE , she was not nice at all she did not try to help me. She told me I cant help you, and went to the next person. People like her should not be in customer service. Several people have complained about this lady and I am so mad I dont have her name but she was wearing a plaid and brown jacket with RED lip stick with glasses. She should not be in customer service at all. I went to another citizen bank on Wayne rd and there was no problem getting my check cashed and verified with no problems.

Worst location anywhere. ATMs never work. Then when I had to take the money through the drive thru the lady was super rude and said, You know we have ATMs. Then I use the atm last night and it ate my money and did not deposit it. Claims department now says up to 12 days before I get my money back. Awful experience.

ATM deposit took $600 from me then said it couldn't process but kept the money and gave me no receipt. Called customer service and have to deal with the bank in the morning July 10th,2023 6:30 PM
