Had Mike take a look at my water softener, its an older unit but still working he said. He made a few adjustments for me, things we working fine after that. I really appreciate him not trying to upsell me into a new softener. Good customer service

I contacted Mark at AAA Quality Water Conditioning to come and assess whether I really needed a water conditioner for my condo. The next morning, after seeing the mineral deposits and checking out my old water conditioner (disconnected about a year ago), he recommended installing a new unit. The new equipment was installed and operational, and everything was cleaned up within a couple of hours! Very pleased with price and efficiency. Excellent service.
