These guys are a class act! My husband called Beauchamp when our water softener failed. They were immediately dispatched and came to our house within a few hours. Answered all of our questions and installed new system and iron filter within a few days. We have very hard water in our area, but now our water is crystal clear! Bye bye Rust Bucket!!
We highly recommend Beauchamp, which is a local family business!

I would recommend anyone looking for any water treatment solutions to give Beauchamp their business. Their team is always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with. Thanks again Beauchamp for everything you do for all of our water needs! Beauchamp Water is the leader in the water treatment business in south east Michigan. I had an issue with low pressure today, thinking it was related to the recently installed iron / arsenic filter that was installed a few months ago I called for service. The Beauchamp team walked me through bypassing the iron filter and softener over the phone. We finally checked the pre-filter on the main water supply line. It was clogged and slimy I removed the pre-filter....reattached the empty filter canaster. PROBLEM SOLVED!

I like when things go wrong with serviceit lets me see how a company responds to snafus. My wife and I ordered a softener system replacement a couple of sizes larger than would normally fit a two-person household. We figure well be moving on before the system expires, so we didnt want to saddle new owners with a small system when they move in. Beauchamp somehow installed a smaller system, but we didnt notice it until we were reviewing the paperwork a week or two later. We notified the company, and though it took a couple of days (possibly spent researching the problem?) to get back to us, they did so and were very courteous about the mix-up. They said it had been a paper-work issue on their end, and even though they suggested the installed system would fully meet our needs, they listened to our reason for wanting a larger unit and without hesitation set up an appointment for the replacement. They even knocked about a third off of the price difference between the two units without me even mentioning anything like that. All in all, Beauchamp certainly passed the stress test, so I can honestly and sincerely pass on a strong recommendation.
