Alison Gearhart is an amazing agent!! We had an issue with our mortgage company deducting extra $$ from our escrow account because they sent a check to Allstate for HOI renewal. Allstate never cashed that check but it took !! over a dozen calls and almost 2 months!!! from us and Alison Gearhart to prove it to our mortgage company and refund our escrow account. We really appreciate that Alison Gearhart kept following up and getting it done. We would not have been able to get our refund without her help. All agents are good when you are buying a policy. It is important to have an agent that will stick with you and keep helping when there is a problem. Alison Gearhart is the agent you can count on being there for you all the way, even if you not renew and switch to another HOI provider. Thank you!!!

We have shopped around for a cost-effective insurance company and were happy to finally find one. We work with Nate who has been so accommodating. While figuring out what was best for our coverages, I requested we change the deductibles and/or coverages on things to be sure something wasn't cheaper one way or another. Nate did it for me without hesitation. Once we made our final decision on everything (house, auto, boats, UTVs, and Snowmobile) Nate walked us through costs of everything and has been there for any follow-up questions we have had. We have had 2 claims (both deer related) and Allstate did buck a little with the cost of repair but in the end Greg, Brittany, and Nate went to bat for us and everything was covered as it should be. To get that customer service along with the cost effective policies has been great. It is because of that, they will definitely be keeping our business.
