Custom House is the best place I have ever lived! The staff is kind, accommodating, responsive, and genuinely caring. The location is great-- it's near the river, parks, some great restaurants, the Saint's Stadium, and more. Beyond that, the apartment itself was wonderful, the views are great and so are the amenities like the pool and the sky deck overlooking the city. Dylan was exceptionally helpful with my move-out process and made it all very seamless.
I very well might be back one day!

My family has lived at the Custom House for almost 2 years and we couldnt be happier!
The building is lovely. The original renovation was done with the intention of highlighting the historic beauty of the building. The building is going through some updates/upgrades this year, which will enhance the living experience to an even higher level. It feels like hotel living, in the best of ways.
Our living space brings me all the good feelings. The views of the Mississippi and downtown St Paul are spectacular.
The office and maintenance staff, at the Custom house, are fantastic. They take pride in their service to the residents here, and take special care in the maintenance/upkeep of this magnificent space. They are very receptive and make me feel at home. Id highly recommend making the Custom house your home. You wont regret it!

I hate giving a poor review, but there are times you have to.
The number of times we have reported the smell of people smoking or vaping and nothing is done about it is ridiculous. I know it is a challenge but that this is not allowed in the building it seems to take an act of God to get it to stop. I even walked into an elevator with a person vaping, went to the office to report them. They followed me and said "yes I was, big deal" and they are still here only to smell grape vape juice in the garage and elevator at times
The smell of weed comes into our apartment and we have reported several times. Nope, nothing can be done. Knowing this was what we would have to endure to the term of our lease there is no way I would have signed it again.
If you like weed and smelling it almost everywhere you go. You found the place. But if you don't, or you have asthma like I do and it causes breathing issues. Stay away from this place.
Oh, have I mentioned the homeless people in the garage at times, sleeping in the lobby or pooping outside the garage doors.
Sorry folks. Sometimes something needs to be done and I'm tired of sending management emails asking.
