        Ryan did everything he could to help me when I needed to replace my phone unexpectedly. I particularly appreciated Ryan's willingness to share his own android and smart watch experiences and his expertise in making my phone use better. All of the staff that I met were happy to share their expertise. I am an infrequent visitor to T-Mobile stores, but this is definitely the place I choose to go.

        I truly appreciate this experience beyond the surface level service I received. Far from basic, Andre your (forgive me if I'm not getting your name correct) genuine interaction and assistance was phenomenal and I truly value that. As a consumer we always have a choice on where and what we spend our snaps on, however energy is my most valuable currency and so I exchange it very intentionally and you exceeded my imaginary expectations, and definitely made me feel heard understood and were considerate of my unique circumstances. Thank you for that it's priceless.
