Rent is stable and staff is engaged with the residents. The central location makes it easy to access shopping, groceries and events.

Descent place, right next to skyway, close to shopping, great place to live. Very nice and surprisingly quiet, never hear neighbors or traffic.

Love living in this building and love everything about Lowertown. So much to do and so many wonderful neighbors.
