Exceptional staff, service, and location. I have been staying at hotels for about 8 months out of the year, consistently for 12 years and this is hands down number one on my list. This Hampton is the gold standard. Every corner of this place is immaculately clean, from gym, hallways, elevator, dining/lobby, and the rooms. Housekeeping deserves a standing ovation! Such kind and hardworking individuals who do not cut corners and take pride in what they do. My favorite room is the king bed WITHOUT the sofa bed. It is just a better arrangement, more functional and spacious. The staff was always attentive and kind and gave me whatever I asked for. The evening desk agent Morgan made me feel so welcome and at-home with her smiles and good conversation. She is so bright and delightful!!! I looked forward to crossing her path every evening. Big shoutout to Shelley and her assistant whose name I forgot(young female brunette/wears glasses), they too are so friendly and genuinely interested in our enjoyment and comfort. Oh how I love them for the wonderful experience they have provided. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and just perfect for my 2 mile run, and walks to the coffee shop and other businesses. It is about a 5 minute drive to Ole Miss campus and other popular eateries. This Hampton should be your first and only choice when visiting Oxford!
