    This WATER increase!!! Over 130%! From around $54 to $125 per month. The state of Vermont has the most expensive water in the U.S. averaging $91 per month. Second is California at the average of $77 per month. The way the water is calculated here is mind boggling. I have tried to several tenants that have lived here as long as I have who are equally perplexed. This is not adding up! The WSD fee schedule is as follows. $18.55 Availability charge, Cost for first 1000 gal $6.14. Cost for next 1000 gal $6.14. Cost for next 1000 gal $6.14. Cost for next 1000 gal $6.14. Cost for next 800 gal $4.91. State water fee $0.16. For the use of 4800 gallons of is $48.18. Let's add context to this. Per RBM, for a one bedroom apartment we are paying for about 12,480 gallons of water per month! On average a 10 minute shower (standard flow) use 25 gallons. To use 12,480 gallons of water, you will have 499.2 showers (about 16, 10min. showers per day). RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing System): This method is supposed to considers unit size, number of occupants, and fixture count to allocate cost proportionally. But a 130% increase? Ultimately, there's not much tenants can do but research and make an educated and informed decision.

    Can anyone explain to me why the water, and sewer bill is the same amount? And there hasn't been any increase from the water company. From the water company report the water has not increased. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE. Also, maintenance is entering without work order.

    Ive been trying since days to reach out to someone for leasing. Ive waited in front of the leasing office for 2 hours on Friday. Ive been calling since days and the calls are directed to voice mail and leasing office is always closed with a sign on property tour. Ive not been able to contact anybody. This is really so sad. I want to move in ASAP but its been days that nobody responded. Someone got on me with texts yesterday and told someone would reach out but nobody ever did. This is terrible service. I like apartment, its closer to my work thought it would best for me but seeing this service it started to seem like a horrible choice.

    We waited a while for this place, but it was worth it. We put in our application in September and recently moved in December. Thankfully we didn't have to move asap, but our Leasing Consultant Kisha was always updating us along the way. It's a relatively quiet area and for the price, I couldn't pass it up. The staff does try to alleviate your issues as quickly as possible, and they are welcoming to any questions or concerns.
