        Power went out in the bedroom . Quick fix , button popped out from possible overload . Chad immediately came out at night and fixed it and also checked to make sure all the other buttons and sockets worked properly. He also let me know if it happens again let him know immediately . We're new to sugar pines and I'm pleased so far .

        I would like to commend Maintenance Tech Lewis on the fast and courteous response to my repair request on Feb 22, 2024. The leak from my kitchen faucet was much worse than I thought. Thank you.

        It's dangerous in that place bro. I read your review. Their leasing office has changed staff about 3 to 4 times and that guy John D must've ate those women out for good reviews. Dude I hated that place. Tell the leasing office to let residents know that people have ran in their office with guns. Stay away from this place it's like a haunted house but the ghost are alive. No good and that lady Alicia Owens is a Dam lie. She must be getting a discount to lie. This place is trash
