        Everyone is so kind and helpful that works here and the maintenance team is incredible. They are friendly, quick and hard working.

        As I was walking down the stairs I almost tripped and fell because the cement plate that was on the stairs is broken. Its also very loose. It still has yet to be fixed. And the big broken piece from the stairs it just sitting there so I'm sure management has seen it. This is a safety hazard and a possible lawsuit And I want to add that its been like this for over a month and this a HUD property so I will notify them as well.

        I dont live here but I did notice 1 bedroom went from 639$ to 789$ and you guys didnt make any upgrades for future or existing tenants? Seems greedy. To each their own.
