I currently live here and will be signing another lease. Its not perfect. You got people that don't want to follow the rules. People that don't want to clean up after their animals. It can be frustrating but its not managements fault. They do charge the people if they catch who did it. Parking isn't the best. Just make sure everything is legit on your vehicle and there should be no problems. Sara is very understanding and helps as much as she is able to. There is a fire house super close, if you are annoyed by sirens then this isn't the area for you. I've been researching several apartment complexes and all of them have some kind of bad reviews. I'm used to the area and stay aware of my surroundings so i have no issues living here.

Terrible management. Poorly built. Cheap restorations. Parking is a nightmare, if you can find a spot, good luck not getting towed for the plethora of reasons they list. Tons of animals in the building, constant animal feces/urine throughout common spaces, my hall always smells like cat urine. I should have known with the neighborhood it's in that the business management would be alike. For an area where you hear gunshots multiple times a day it seems silly that we can't carry a firearm into the building, even with legal registration for protection. Overall experience very disappointing. Would not recommend living here for any reason. RENTERS BEWARE!

The building is very well kept and management is amazing. However, the first floor sometimes smells horrible for whatever reason and the neighbors can be a rough crowd considering how much you pay in rent/how nice of a place it is. Overall loved my stay here. Also, Sarah Sontag is the best!

Sara Sontag and all the crew are Amazing here! Always personable and providing a safe, inclusive home for all. My best experiences have been getting to know and spending time with other residents in the commons area kitchen. They support local artists and change out art with residents' work throughout the first floor. Truely a unique, Comminity focused environment which is family friendly. Happy to be here!
