Management is extremely unprofessional and the complex is not safe. Packages were constantly stolen, my car was broken into and windows smashed in while parked in the tenant lot (other cars were completely stolen out of the lot), management is rude and unresponsive to maintenance requests and then will nickel and dime you for everything upon move-out. Wouldn't recommend living here.

I know you spoke with management a few weeks ago and shared how much you enjoyed living at West Hill and appreciated all the changes we have been making to address all the resident concerns, so we are sorry to hear that you feel this way. As you know we have recently enclosed our package room and have not had any issues with packages being taken since then. You will also be happy to know we are getting bids to completely gate off our parking lot and help address a city-wide issue with car incidents. As for move-out expenses, we provide all residents with a move-out checklist so that residents are aware of any move-out charges that may apply. Upon charging these items, we do provide photos and invoices to explain why residents get charged certain fees at move-out. We appreciate you being a resident at West Hill and hope you enjoy your new apartment community.

We had the worst experience living at West Hill. To name just a few of the issues we had during our time living here: Our car was broken (cars are broken into weekly - doors were locked so windows were broken), cars were STOLEN from the "private" parking lot, break ins continued to happen and our mail and packages were stolen, and we had black mold growing in our unit. We could not have been more ready to move out of this place. To make it worse, the staff was unprofessional and never returned phone calls. They are scamming the residents out of their security deposits and passing on all of their fees to the tenant. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Hi Sydney, Thank you for sharing your experience and giving us feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve our community and do better as staff. I would like to shed some light on improvements that have been made since maybe these incidents occurred. -Although we cannot control crime or prevent it 100%, we have taken steps to deter things like this from happening. We have increased security patrol, installed new cameras, and this year will be installing gated closures. We know this is a metro-wide issue and not only our property that experienced these types of incidents. -It did look like our maintenance team was able to resolve any mildew issues that your apartment may have had pretty quickly. -Our move-out process has been simplified. We provide a detailed move-out checklist that lists anything we may have to charge back for at the time of move-out. We also provide photos and invoices to show why we charged or deducted from a deposit. We wish you all the best at your new community, and we are sorry we could not create a better experience for you at West Hill.
