    Horrible! The absolute worst! I deposited a check & received a receipt. Then they reversed the deposit. I was never notified nor did I receive anything in writing. Now, they say they cannot find the $10,128 check which was an insurance check. Now we have to start all over with the insurance company. You can bet that we won't be banking here anymore and we will take our money elsewhere. The male bank teller was exceptional rude. The branch manager, Isabella, originally told us she had the check. And, then you lost it? Really?

    This has to be the worst bank in Kansas City. They are so slow, understaffed, and the layout of the bank doesnt help or make sense because every time you need money they have to leave and go somewhere else to get the money. Its ridiculous. Im sick and tired of it. US Bank are you listening? Fix this or Im going to another bank. Also they stole $20 from me one time, I know the bills were sticking together and thats what caused the problem somehow. And Im not going to email you with a reference number and do your job for you.

    I have never experienced such an unprofessional bank branch manager at any location of US BANK!!! Customer service means nothing at this location. I would recommend another location if you have any banking to do.

    I went to with draw 500 $ from the ATM and all it gives is 20$ bills I don't want a stack of 20s I want 100$ bills so canceled the transaction and went somewhere else
