Baymont by Wyndham Springfield I-44

After rating this hotel 5 stars I am changing it in warning! We have been charged for 9 nights instead of 3! They said that it was resolved on their end now but it would depend on how long our bank took to put the money back! I'm so angry with this hotel! The bathroom smelled funny and my asthma is active up, I think it was mold. Possible hookers/dealers out front. Rude Cafe lady yelling out your room number, name and number in your party. Like I said I would stayed with 5 stars if not for the triple charge!

Great staff in the Breakfast Room! Angie keeps everyone happy and enjoyable. The food was great and the breakfast room was clean and neat. You can tell how much she cares about the guests.

Angie and Sherry do a fantastic job on the continental breakfast. Making sure everyone checked in from their room - keeping nonpaying guests from entering. Things were hot and fresh and very clean. Plus their welcome was genuine. Maudine was my daughter's room attendant (#236.) I noticed a sticky mess left on my desk, and behind the side tables were atrocious (I had dropped something behind and ad to pick it up.) My room 237 was clean. Overall the stay was good. Front desk staff was pleasant as well. (Caitlin and Abby.) Nearby activities: Good restraunts
