      image I have used Shred-it for years. I had no issues until I opened a second location. I tried to consolidate to location for billing purposes. I tried for a year. I have been trying to cancel for weeks and nobody will cancel the service. I am told repeatedly that someone will have to call me back from the acct rep dept. but they never call back. I am currently on the phone with them for 25 minutes and have been transferred 5 times. If you start doing business with them then you can never leave.
