Needed to have 2 documents notarized and one faxed. They were able to do both. Efficient, quick, and not overpriced! Jaymie greeted us as we came in and got us in and out quickly. The rest of the staff was friendly as well as they were going about thier duties. Thank you

Updated 2/20 I was pleasantly surprised to see that a gal was placed near the line to quickly and efficiently get packages that had prepaid labels attached checked in. She only helped dropoffs, so made the process so much better. Thanks for addressing the frustration of waiting in line to simply hand a package to you!! Original 2* So many packages, now a days, are returns. Normally the only times I even go into a shipping center, Im simply dropping off a prelabeled item. I stood in line 27 minutes, to drop of a prepaid and labeled envelope. It is such a waste of a customer's time, to not have a designated drop point. It also leads to line congestion and frustration. At usps, there is a drop box or counter that is specifically designated for this quick drop and go.
