Great leasing agents and the apartments are beautiful! I have lived on this management companys properties for 3 years now. Very convenient and efficient when you need to have maintenance issues address. They made moving from one property to the next very easy.
Reason for the 5 stars is because the property management treats you like a real person not just a random tenant!

Be careful with this apartment complex, they are managed by one firm that has multiple other properties.
If you have complaints and try to make them do their jobs or if they need to any maintenance to the buildings, they will give you a notice of non renewal, with no cause.
Its managed extremely poorly and they have no respect for the tenants.
Update: beware of the property management and other employees that leave fake reviews.

Absolutely lovely, brand new, upscale luxury apartment community! Nate gave us a tour of a few of the apartments today. Smallest 1 bedroom apartment starts in the high $1,600s.
Not all buildings have been completed yet. I can imagine a few delays are to be expected while the community is finalised.
This property is within walking distance of Aliante Casino (Boyds), ER, gas station, CVS and golf course.
Within 15 minute WALK to Smiths grocery store, Chase Bank, neighborhood shopping, restaurants and so much more!
30 minute drive north of the strip.
Selected apartments have attached garages, a few detached garages are also available. The units we toured had washer and dryers included too. Pool expected to be completed before summer. Landscaping and interiors of community room & leasing office decorated beautifully modern!
Wonderful, professional, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments I highly recommend!
