      Valid Fitness is A Southern NH Gym w/ Personal Training located in Hudson NH. The Gym is Close to the Surrounding Towns of Litchfield NH, Nashua NH, Windham NH, Londonderry NH &, Pelham NH. Open 24/7 Hours, Carry Legend Plate -loaded Equipment & dumbbells up to 150Lbs. We offer Personal Training & Pilates Instruction also. Staffed hours are Mon-Sat 9am to 7PM/ Sun-9Am-2PM. We have a strong Body Building and Exercise enthusiast community here. Valid Fitness is the only gym to use Legend Fitness equipment in the state of NH! Legend is manufactured to be functional + challenging. We have a series of selectorized and plate loaded equipment to guarantee your progress in the gym! Memberships start at $24 per Month.

      image At first I was intimidated by the gym environment, but Valids trainer Mariana has helped me conquer that fear. Together we have increased my workout stamina and overall strength. The gym is very clean, and Mariana is extremely kind and knowledgeable. I have a long way to go to reach my fitness goals, but Mariana is a great coach.

      image Havent gone to a gym in about 6 years. Decided it was time to get back in shape and live a healthier lifestyle. I checked out Valid Fitness because it was close to home and I heard positive feedback about the facility. As soon as I walked in it was clear that its a family atmosphere. Everything was beyond clean and everyone was very friendly. The two owners were beyond helpful with showing me around and going over what kind of protein I should be using. I highly recommend Valid to anyone! Thank you Anthony and Mariana!
