Sparkle Clean Pools

I had a pool liner replacement done by Sparkle 4/99. Excellent service at that time and the liner has lasted.all these years. I have an Esther Williams pool. The liner is coming down on the sides. I called 5/7 and spoke with Barry. We talked about how his signature is on the old receipt. He explained new liner needed from wear and tear.He was supposed to look at the pool 5/11 no show. We did have a storm at the appointment time so Iassume that is why he did not show up.. I called and left voicemail 5/13 no response. I have wasted all this time waiting.for a response.
