Unfortunately I had to part ways with ASAP this past summer due to poor customer service. They improperly installed a pool ladder after I gave very specific instructions and did next to nothing to make it right. In addition, in the handling of the situation, the manager and the owner were very unprofessional in the way they spoke to me and even hung up on me.
In response to your response, it is simply an inaccurate portrayal of what happened. You clearly confuse frustration with disrespect. You did the install incorrectly, refused to acknowledge that you damaged my deck, and then you and your staff were disrespectful to me with your manager even hanging up on me.
The readers can make their own assessment of these reviews. But it is clear there is one common thread - for customers where things didnt go well, you and your staff do not ever acknowledge you could have handled the situation better or take any responsibility. If you are soliciting reviews so you thank the people for the good ones and tell the people that posted not so good ones why they are wrong rather than see it as an opportunity to improve, then in my opinion you are missing the boat on the point of feedback.
