I had a new roof installed 2 weeks ago by Shawn and his crew from Pyramid roofing. I am going to give a little background on why I chose Pyramid. In the fall of 2021 I called a few roofing companies to repair my leaky garage and get a quote for a new roof as my house is 20 years old and the shingles started falling off when ever there was a storm or heavy wind. No one seemed they had the time, except for Shawn from Pyramid Roofing. He returned my call that day and had one of his guys stop by and do the repair. Shawn also provided me with a quote. I took my chances and decided to hold off on getting a new roof at this time. Fast forward to the present. My garage never leaked after the repair but now I definitely needed a new roof. All the houses on our street were built at the same time and needed new roofs. There were a few competitors giving quotes on our street so I decided to see what they had to offer. The quotes I received were 5k -7K more then what Shawn quoted me in 2021. I left Shawn at Pyramid roofing a message. He pulled up my quote and pretty much honored the price that he quoted me from a year ago. I told Shawn to send over the contract and he had me down for mid-April. His crew showed up and completed the job in 1 1/2 days. They were very professional and cleaned up all the debris. I was very impressed! I highly recommended Shawn and Pyramid Roofing. Shawn and the Pyramid crew did an excellent job with my roof replacement. The crew showed up on time and worked hard to get the job completed in one day. Also, their clean up was amazing and you would never know they were there. I received 5 quotes for this job and not only was Pyramid the least expensive, but they included upgraded materials and had the best warranty. I highly recommend Pyramid Roofing! Shawn runs a tight ship. Pyramid came in several thousand $ under the other quotes for the same roof product, and comes with far more reviews and online reputation as well as top recognition from the shingle manufacturer GAF.
The install was done in one day and looks great a week later. The crew cleaned up as well as can be expected and they came out over the weekend to address a couple of concerns and repair a window screen that got torn (free of course).
I recommend Pyramid to anyone in the Concord area who needs roof work. Services: Skylight installation, Roof installation

Cannot say enough good things about Pyramid Roofing and Shawn Schwotzer. He had my roof estimated without me needing to be home, which was super convenient. I had the estimate shortly after, which was extremely competitive. His crew came in at 7:30 am and my roofs were done by 3 pm. All debris was picked up and they look awesome! He also coordinated a repair to a section of metal flashing and gutters on my home, which came out great. Shawn was communicative and easy to reach through the entire process - always calling to update me or check in after the work was done. Would recommend over and over again!
