Rite Aid

This is a great store, with wonderful friendly staff. Very knowledgeable with helping with rewards program. I felt cared for and welcomed. I definitely will be back!

The 1 star is not earned. The blonde pharmacy aid is rude and unprofessional. She yells at customers. Her negative attitude needs to be dealt with by Rite Aid management. Went elsewhere for my pharmacy needs. This is not Rite Aid. This is RUDE AID!!!!!

The people there are nice in person but I really wish they'd answer the phone. Edit: Down from 3 to 2 stars. The phone issue has not been resolved, and sometimes pharmacy is closed outside of posted hours. I try to call to check and make sure they are open and they have actually filled my prescription instead of having to hear "oh we're out of stock and don't know when we'll get more," when I come in but they often dont answer the phone or their phone line isnt even working. They're chronically out of my son's medication. I've listed them as my preferred pharmacy for years because they are nearby but I'm thinking of switching everything to CVS as thats where I usually have to go to get my son's prescription filled anyway.

Very unprofessional, give phone number when ordering refills yet never call when there's an issue, leave you standing in line while they chat amongst themselves.
