        Tanya is extremely unprofessional. She wants multiple types of ID, not just a drivers license. She doesn't know how to do her job taking excessive amounts of time to do simple tasks and has the personality of a walrus.

        Shout-out to Axel, the branch manager, who came out and helped me, even when they weren't directly seeing customers, gave me his business card, answered my questions, took care of what I needed, and advised me on my account for the future. He's super nice and personable. FYI, this branch isn't open these days, but the ATM is, and there are a couple people inside during their shortened daily hours.
