I typically don't leave reviews. But this dealership deserves the biggest 0 Star rating. I highly recommend not to shop here for any reason. It's come to this point due to many inconsiderate reasons from the entire staff & how unprofessional, carelss, & unethical work training they present with lack of severe communication. Extremely incompetent! They love disappearing on you. True definition of a car salesmen. This includes the uneducated financial adviser. Complete joke. Make other dealerships look bad. The only thing they're good at is losing your documents and never prioritizing the customers. The minute they sell you a vehicle. You're good as dead to them. Let me not forget to mention, they add costs on the contract after everything is finalized & blame you for not reading it, not knowing there were changes after the fact.. Again, lack of unprofessional communication on their end. Disgrace motor inc is a comparison to a garbage truck. Disgusting and a pile of trash employees. Reminds me of a bodega. Makes me wonder how they got such high stars from other customers. FYI, look up, BBB!

Today is 07/25/2023. On April 9, 2023 I purchased a vehicle from Superb Motors till this day I havent received no response from them. I still have not received my plates, I havent received my reimbursement for canceling the extra insurance I purchased which is $3900. A week after purchasing the vehicle the check engine light came on, to this day I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle! They had told me I had 30 days to return it back, but when trying to get in contact with them they completely blocked our calls! VERY DISAPPOINTED with their service!!!!

I didnt waste my time with this place but I wanted to help others. It always shocks me how so many people are financially illiterate and its dealerships like this that prey on this. This place is a total joke, they advertise one price and then when you come in they tack on $5000+ on top of their price. They add on a $2000 preparation fee and a $3000 down payment cost. Sure, go ahead and ask whatever you want for your prep fee (which is still a joke) but the downpayment fee needs to be included in your price, as this varies with everyone and is dictated by what the buyer wants to put down. On top of all of this, they then want to add more fees if you dont finance with them. Typical joke of a dealership. OPEN your eyes and review your bill of sale BEFORE you sign ANYTHING. Stay educated.

Worse place to buy a car. Purchased a car in august till now I havent get the car. And the loan is open. I suggest anyone not to go there.
