        Super helpful and patient staff, were clear on the phone about handling charges from this facility and directions to the location. Very helpful when a technology issue arose and helped figure out a solution.

        just stopped by to ship something that already had a prepaid label. Got charged $15 for this package handling fee, ridiculous.

        You have two events in Javits Center with only two rude employees working following said events with THOUSANDS of attendees. Lack of preparation and proper staffing. It took over an hour just to get two things sent out and there were only 5 people ahead of us. Do better.
