Horrible place that I've ever been to worst customer service never going to rent from this place again they are fraud trying to take your money they lied to you as soon as you get your car and they try to stick you with another payment I work too hard for somebody to steal my money and to lie to me this place should be reported

My advice go to the other Enterprise in town. Recently rented through this location and it was not a good experience. Called the day before to confirm and the manager said she would have my car ready at 8am. I arrive and it's not ready....10 mins later they try to give me a car with locking issues. Then tried to give me a car someone smoked in. Then to get me out of there they offered me a BMW. I thought wow that's great. Started to drive it off the lot and it had engine coolant issues. Every car they gave me had issues. An hour later I am still waiting for a car. She finally gives me one and it smells of weed when I sit in it. Unfortunately I have to take it because it's now 9:15am and I am driving to an event - which I ended up being 30 mins late to. I return the car on Monday morning not happy. The manager seemed apologetic but the person that helped me on Saturday wouldn't even acknowledge me - didn't talk to me, didn't apologize, didn't make eye contact, clearly didn't care - So rude! So my advice: STAY AWAY from this location. They don't have good cars and their customer service is severely lacking.
I will add the manager tried to make it right but honestly it wasn't enough to make me want to come back.
