Bell Lake Norman Apartments

Been a good year at this place. Moved from a one room to a two room with no problems thanks to Clarissa.

Bell Lake Norman has been so great! I have lived here almost a year now and can say nothing but great things not only about the staff but about the apartment itself. I would highly recommend this complex. The gym is great, the renovated apartments with the nice spacious porch is great, and the area around it is great.

I financially guaranteed an apartment (#101) for my son who attended classes nearby. He moved out in December (~16 months later). We complied with terms of lease. I met with management (Dustin) prior to his departure to assure we complied. Our deposit/closing check from Bell Norman was for $934.25. I contacted the office (as it was too low) and was told to hold onto the uncashed check as the figure was a mistake. I was told a new check would be "quickly" issued for the larger, total amount (adding $450 to the $934.25 amount). This all happened months ago (it is now late March) and repeated "..I'll get back to you..." over the phone. No check. Therefore, this review. April4thSo, days later, the management comments are posted. Allow me to comment on this reply. The mgmt team did not respond and execute this relky is nonsensical. Here are more recent developments/ facts the mgmt team has not shared in this forum-I had to file a complaint with the state and since the state emailed Bell Norman ONLY THEN did Bell Norman mgmt inform me a check would be sent that same day. Waiting. No check yet. Update--management responded after this posting and it was sorted to everyone's satisfaction

Moving on this property has been nothing but seamless with the help of Clarissa and Faithe. They were well mannered, respectful and kind with the entire process. The property is absolutely beautiful and they meant it when they said its a luxury property. My family loves alll of the amenities. Huge thanks to Faithe and Clarissa.

Austin Gerrald made move ins for my roomies and dog a BREEZE during a hard time. Apartments are lovely, maintenance prompt. Thanks to Austin and the Bell Lake Norman Management team for an awesome move!
