Living here for 1 year the office staff and maintenance are awesome.Boardwalk is great for walking along the lake.Would highly recommend this community.

The Osprey was the 9th and last property I toured at the end of 2023. Hands down, a 5-star resort-like community with amenities abound. I was in the market for a place to call homeAt Osprey I found spacious apartments, lake views, large balconies, security, a fitness center, valet trash, a gorgeous pool, rooftop cabanas, a clubhouse, and a professional, kind, office staff and maintenance team.
Jessica, Michelle, and Antonio have been a joy to work with and I feel fortunate to call them my friends. The maintenance team responds promptly to any issues or problems. After being a homeowner for years they are a godsend and make my life here worry-free and very happy!

So, let me just start by saying I have NEVER given a bad review anywhere no matter the experience I receive. I really wanted to let this slide past me, however, I feel like I need to speak up and post this so people can be aware before moving here. Im going to start out by saying, if you live on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor, theres no noise control. You can hear EVERYTHING from people talking in the apartment next door, their tvs, to the loud stomping from the floor above, dog toys rolling & late night barking. Cockroaches were always spotted around the first floor. Management was notified a couple times about certain issues which they temporarily addressed because situations werent essentially fixed. Second, the parking situation is horrible! There were always vehicles parked in undesignated areas, people that didnt live at the apartments leaving multiple vehicles parked in resident parking spots making it hard for the residents to park at their building. Lastly, I do encourage that if you do plan on living here double check your contract!!! Management spoke to me the day I moved out and said I had to give a 90 day notice before moving out which later was corrected and was told actually a 60 day notice was supposed to be given and changed again to 30 days to then finally change AGAIN back to 60 days. I was charged a ridiculous $4,078 for this misunderstanding. Management did not care if I had the money or not to pay, all I was told was that I had until the end of the month to pay regardless. Im not sure if Im the only one who went through this situation or if Im the only one to speak up about it, but all I can say is ask all the question before moving. The only good thing I take from living at the Osprey is the lake view, its beautiful especially during the summer.

I love everything about this community. Its private, quiet, peaceful, serene and safe. The office staff Jessica, Antonio, and Michelle are warm, professional and friendly. Any minor problems have been resolved swiftly. The maintenance guys, Terry, George and Troy are amazing, friendly and responsive. I have lived here a year and was concerned going from a single family home to an apartment, however, its everything I want and need. The amenities are perfect: gym, pool, business center, small conference rooms, walkway on the lake, rooftop space to relax, theater, and beautiful clubhouse. Theres monthly events and food trucks too!
