This firm was hired to sell a piece of commercial property for us on Hwy 64 and kept us under contract entirely too long with little to no communication. My family did not feel that this company did their due diligence to seek the best for our property. If we had it to do over again, we would have gone with someone else or just kept the property and not had doughnuts! Let's set the record straight, Mr. Watt's response is NOT in reference to my comment. I WAS a client of said property on HWY 64 (across from the old Walmart) that was sold by him and his remarks have nothing to do with what I said. His remarks are unwarranted and were asked to stay confidential. I guess he doesn't know what that means.

This firm sold a commercial property on Burkemont ave for us and Kept us under contract for at least 12 months with no due diligence money nor earnest money in escrow anywhere with multiple extensions.. Our agent couldnt even tell us which lawyers office had our money in escrow. In my own opinion, felt belittled and strung along. Very selective in how this firm does marketing. Also, funny how most of the 5 stars for this firm are employees or relatives. What are you talking about? Having trouble with which lies you told me? You kept telling me that yall were waiting on the city Jesse with the city had a different story than yours. Next time have your attorney send me that letter you wrote. And also, just because you say set the record straight doesnt mean its the truth. My first amendment trumps your unwarranted comments.

Yes, Mr. Watts, let's set the record straight. Your son-in-law bout my family's property for $10,000 below asking price. You agent told us to expect multiple offers and it there coud be a bidding war. That never happened. The contract to sell this property was signed in February, but was not listed with MLS until April 13 at 5:25pm. According to "Clear Co-operation" properties are to be listed within 24 hours. On April 14 at 12:30p.m. my husband called your agent to get permission to show the property to a prospective buyer. The same day at 12:42 pm, just 12 minutes later the property goes under contract to your son-in-law. Like I previously said this encounter with you company was very stressful and the worst experience of my life.
